Shipping & Delivery

Note: If you ordered multiple items, they’ll be shipped together based on the latest estimated date.

For details on your order's delivery, please refer to the "Delivery Information" section on each product page, as well as the shipping estimates provided on the cart page and in your order confirmation email.

Please note that these are estimates, and the actual delivery times may vary due to stock availability, sourcing, weather conditions, or other factors.

If you order multiple items, they will be shipped together according to the latest estimated delivery date.

Returns & Refunds

As we process your order right away for international shipping, cancellations are usually not possible.

However, depending on the status, we might be able to help.

✅ Eligible for return/exchange if:

• Item is damaged

• You received the wrong item

• It doesn’t match the description

❌ Not eligible if:

• Item has been used

• It’s been over 8 days since delivery

• You changed your mind

• You made a mistake during ordering

📩 For eligible cases, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defects or incorrect items.

Payments & Coupon

Unfortunately, payment method changes are not possible once your order is placed.

You can enter your coupon at checkout in the “Coupon Code” box.
